At Aqnovatrix S.A. (hereinafter "Aqnovatrix", "we") we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its Regulatory Decree and other applicable rules from the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Aqnovatrix S.A., Tax ID 30-71826045-3, with legal address at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1750, 4th Floor, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any query about your data you can contact us at privacy@aqnovatrix.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form on the site (name and email). We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and session duration, through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, news, related commercial communications and to improve our services, as well as for analytics and security purposes. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when completing the subscription form and on the legitimate interest of Aqnovatrix to manage the relationship with potential investors and to improve the site.
5. Retention
We retain your personal data while your subscription is active or as long as necessary to comply with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations. Once that period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Data subject rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection by writing to privacy@aqnovatrix.com. The supervisory authority in Argentina is the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, 2nd Floor, C.A.B.A.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with AAIP Resolution No. 47/2018.
8. International transfers
We may use cloud service providers located outside Argentina. In such cases, we guarantee an adequate level of protection in line with AAIP Provision 60/E/2016 through contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We recommend reviewing it regularly. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
