These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the website aqnovatrix.com (the "Site"), operated by Aqnovatrix S.A., Tax ID 30-71826045-3, with legal address at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1750, 4th Floor, C.A.B.A., Argentina.
1. Purpose
Aqnovatrix is an information platform on real estate crowdlending in Argentina. The Site's purpose is to present the model, communicate opportunities related to residential and construction projects and allow users to subscribe to receive information.
2. Acceptance
Use of the Site implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use the Site.
3. Not an offer
The information published is informative and does not constitute a public offering of securities or an investment recommendation under Argentine Law No. 26,831 on Capital Markets, nor financial advice. All investments involve risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Capacity
To use the Site you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.
5. Intellectual property
All Site contents (texts, graphics, logos, photographs, software) are the property of Aqnovatrix S.A. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine Law No. 11,723 on Intellectual Property. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without authorisation is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, without infringing third-party rights, without introducing viruses or malicious code, and without trying to access restricted areas or breach system security.
7. Limitation of liability
Aqnovatrix will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the Site or the information it contains. Described developments are subject to real estate, regulatory and construction market risks.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
9. Consumer protection
For consumer complaints, the competent authority is the National Directorate of Consumer Defence and the consumer protection agencies of each jurisdiction, in accordance with Law No. 24,240 and related rules.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, except for non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Amendments
Aqnovatrix may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on the Site with its update date.
